Mercenary General Hybrid PVP/PVE Build

Skill AnalysisWarrior TreeEssential
- Tumble (Max): No explanation needed
- Sweeping Kick (1): You'll need it to chain combos
- Soccer Kick(1): No explanation needed
- Dash (Max): No explanation needed
- Aerial Evasion (Max): No explanation needed
- Physical Master (Max): One of your HP booster
- Mental Mastery (1): Just leave it at 1, you will rarely find your MP drained out
- Mental Training (Max): You don't want to run out of MP while PVPing (though in the long run you will eventually run out of it)
Optional
Rising Slash (16): I pick Rising Slash since i am used to it, you can change it with other skills as long as the SP spent at warrior tree is only 49
Mercenary TreeEssential
Everything, just follow this build and you will be happy. You will be left with 8 SP, just throw 'em to Flying Swing/Stomp (depends on your 2nd Job Advancement)
Since I am a Destroyer, I spend the rest of the SP for Flying Swing (9)
*Destroyer TreeEssential
Everything, Breaking Point is awesome, you are gay if you don't take it. Flying Swing is an absolute must get, if you don't take it, you are gay. The same goes for Maelstrom Howl, too awesome to miss.
*Barbarian TreeEssential
Offend Hit, your max PATK will become your additional damage. Anyway, it's needed for Bone Crash
Bone Crash, Barbarian's selling point.

Stomp EX, some people says that this skill is unnecessary. When I was a Barbarian, i took it anyway for no apparent reason.

The SP limit is 52/104
For PVE I prefer Lv. 16 Circle Break since it is easier to hit the mobs than Rising Slash
If you are more to the PVP side leave Circle Break and raise Rising Slash til Lv 11, Max Mental Mastery, and throw the leftover SP to other skill you deem worthy
Mercenary- Spoiler:
Those are the must-have skills, depending on your preferred class, raise Stomp/Flying Swing to Lv. 6
You can do whatever you want with the leftover SP
Lv.1 Gigantic Bomb is a must for Destroyer since it is a prerequisite for Destroyer's Skills
I prefer having Lv. 4 Toughness to reduce P. Damage
These are the mercenary skill trees I'm currently using for my Destroyer and Barbarian

Lv. 6 Demolition Fist for damage spike, since it is a waste not to level it up
As for Destroyer, I don't have the necessary SP in my build so I leave Punishing Swing at Lv. 1
Some other things to note:
-For accs I prefer having Whirlwind Skills Necklace, Rolling Attack Skills Earrings, Battle Howl Skills Ring, and Bone Crash Skills Ring (For Barbarian only) / Howl Charging Skills Ring (so you and your teammates won't flinch every now and then)
-As for equipments go full Dangerous Desire Set for more damage or Great Ancestor Set for more FD, if Desert Dragon Set is available at your server, then save your money to buy them
-As for Suffix, I prefer having Destruction at my main, Iron Wall at my secondary, Will at my gloves, and Wind for the rest if you are lacking critical or Bear if you want more damage
